A multi-year intervention combining community mobilisation, direct assistance and local government engagement to create durable change in Khulna, Satkhira.
The project works through community structures rather than around them. Local committees co-design activities, hold the budget accountable, and continue the work after the grant closes.
Activities include capacity building of local institutions, direct household support, infrastructure investment and continuous monitoring against agreed outcome indicators.
