What we do

Six programmes, one method: the community decides.

Relief that arrives fast, and development that stays after we leave. Each programme reports against published indicators.

Emergency Relief & Disaster Response
01

Programme 1 of 6

Emergency Relief & Disaster Response

Rapid, dignified assistance in the first hours of a crisis — food, water, shelter, cash and protection.

Our rapid response units are pre-positioned in flood and cyclone corridors. We deliver multi-purpose cash, emergency shelter kits, safe drinking water and mobile medical camps, then transition households into recovery within 90 days.

Food Security & Livelihoods
02

Programme 2 of 6

Food Security & Livelihoods

Climate-smart farming, savings groups and skills training that move families out of dependency.

We combine agricultural extension, market linkage and village savings and loan associations so that smallholder households can absorb shocks without selling productive assets.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene
03

Programme 3 of 6

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene

Safe water points, household latrines and hygiene behaviour change in the hardest-to-reach unions.

From deep tubewells in arsenic-affected belts to rainwater harvesting in the saline coast, our WASH work is engineered for the local water table and maintained by community committees.

Programme 4 of 6

Child Rights, Education & Protection

Ending child marriage, keeping girls in school, and building safe referral pathways.

Adolescent clubs, teacher training, scholarship funds and case management with local government create an environment where children are protected and heard.

Stand with the field teams

A flood does not wait for a funding cycle.

Give once, give monthly, or give your time. Every route ends in the same place — a household that gets help before the water does.
